We at Alliance Residential understand and appreciate that when our current or prospective residents are making that all-important decision of where to spend their housing dollar, the “amenities” offered by a community become a very important deciding factor. Our Alliance Concierge Service Program is just another reason to make an Alliance community your home of choice.

On a daily basis, our experienced team of concierge professionals are coordinating a variety of resident inquiries & requests ranging from the setting up of golf tee times, to the procurement of events tickets (sporting or cultural), to arranging preferred dinner reservations at the country’s finest restaurants.
